Bulk Purchasing FAQ's:
1. Can your Bulk Packages be purchased through financing?
No, Bulk Packages may only be purchased by cash, no financing will not be accepted.
2. How do I gain access to view a Bulk Package?
Once you submit an application and provide all supporting documentation, you will be able to view available Bulk Packages via ForeclosureBlvd.com. Please note that the application approval process can take from 2-7 days.
3. Is there a deposit required while I review the package?
There is no deposit required to view a package. However, a 1% deposit will be required to hold a package while you perform your due diligence on a Bulk Package. Once you have purchased your initial Bulk Packages a deposit may no longer be required.
4. How long is the due diligence period to review Bulk Packages?
The due diligence period is usually from 3-7 days.
5. Can I "cherry pick" properties from your Bulk Packages?
Yes, 90% of our Bulk Packages can be "cherry picked". However, the minimum purchase requirement for a lot is $5 Million.
6. After I buy a package can ForeclosureBlvd.com assist in an exit strategy?
Yes, ForeclosureBlvd.com and our Partners can assist with an exit strategy. More on exit strategies can be discussed once you're approved to buy Bulk Packages.
